This is a single sheet with a flat size of 33-3/4” x 22-1/4”, prints 4/4 process plus dull coating, folds map-style to a final size of 3-3/4” x 9”. STOCK: White 60 lb. #2 grade or better coated text with a brightness of 90% or better and recycled with 10% or more postconsumer waste content. The State of NH requires the use of recycled paper, however, based on stock availability, a #2 grade Non-Recycled paper will be considered. Be sure to indicate the paper you are bidding, on the Vendor’s Bid Offer page. Offered paper and finish must work effectively with the overprint coating to produce a non-glare surface for ease of map reading. PAGE MAKEUP: Electronic files will be provided by client’s ad agency in Adobe Creative Cloud. PROOFS: Printer must provide two sets of full-sized, contract-quality hard-copy color proofs of both sides of the map. Bid amount must include both sets of proofs. Notice: Printer must exercise careful process control on press and on the folder, especially if heatset printing is used, to ensure that map folds come out clean and strong. Client will reject maps that tear easily on the folds or have significant fiber cracking on the folds or gusseting.
