2.1.1.1. Provide program evaluation support for the CDC’s Overdose Data to Action Program in New Hampshire (OD2A-S). 2.1.1.2. Use the OD2A-S State Reporting Template in Appendix G to develop methods, techniques, and tools to evaluate the Department’s current evaluation plan. 2.1.1.3. Attend guidance webinars hosted by the CDC. 2.1.1.4. Engage with the Department’s OD2A-S internal and external partners during the program implementation and evaluation process. 2.1.1.5. Use performance measurement principles and methods to evaluate the OD2A-S strategists’ performance using metrics and outcomes. 2.1.1.6. Apply principles of health equity relevant to the OD2A-S program’s evaluation. 2.1.1.7. Monitor work plans, update the evaluation plan, track timelines, resources, and other components needed to complete and deliver an evaluation study. 2.1.1.8. Support the Department in disseminating findings from the OD2A-S evaluations through publications, conference abstracts, and communication materials.
