Specifications include, but are not limited to: general and winter maintenance of the Sawtooth Parking Garage area, the Santagate Bridge, various steps and ramps on Water Street, front and side walkways of the Fiske Free Library, Visitor Center areas, and areas surrounding city public rights-of-way. Please see attached color coded map of areas. Such maintenance will include, but not limited to, as follows; Regular maintenance and cleaning of entrance area of parking garage & snow shoveling Salting and sanding as needed Keeping all roof/floor drains clear of debris Small maintenance and cleaning projects as needed Sidewalk snow clearing as needed to ensure pedestrian safety Clearing snow/ice/debris on Santagate Bridge and some areas around the Visitor’s Center Snow clearing/treating as needed, on Water Street stairs, ramps, crosswalks & sidewalks Walkways in the front & side of the Fiske Free Library
