Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for tower foundation pier sealcoating services to the State of New Hampshire; The F.O.B. shall be destination to the following delivery/installation points: Holden Hill Tower – 1201 Diamond Pond Rd, Stewartstown NH 03576; Tenney Mountain Tower – 133 Davis Rd, Groton NH 03241; Mitchell Hill Tower – 58 Castle Rd, Haverhill NH 03765; Blue Job Mountain Tower – 968 First Crown Point Rd, Farmington NH 03835; Whittier Mountain Tower – 320 Newman Drew Rd, Ossipee NH 03864; Hyland Hill Tower – across from 659 Hurricane Rd, Keene NH 03431; Pack Monadnock Tower – 239 Miller Park Rd, Peterborough NH 03458; Pitcher Mountain Tower – 2460 NH Rte. 123, Stoddard NH 03464; Warner Hill Tower – 2 Wardens way, Derry NH 03038; IPOC Tower – 110 Smokey Bear Blvd., Concord NH 03301; Oak Hill Tower – 264 Tower Rd, Loudon NH 03307; Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services; Preparation and Installation – IPOC Shelter and Pitcher Mountain: • Evaluate site(s) • Remove all roofing material down to decking (as applicable). • Fasten down polyisocyanurate foam insulation. • Install wood nailer to height of insulation • Recover with Genflex E.P.D.M .120 membrane rubber roofing fully adhered according to manufacturer’s specifications • All flashings and edgework to be done to manufacturers specifications, including pipe boots when needed. • Install new edge metal. • Inspect Decking for integrity • Repair any concrete joints, seams, or cracks prior to installing insulation. • For any wood decking replace any rotted or substandard decking prior to installing insulation • Clean and legally remove all outside job-related debris. The jobsite will be kept orderly and safe and a final complete clean-up will be done at the completion of the job. • Provide standard manufacturer’s warranty. • Provide building permit, if required. • Maintain required levels of workers compensation and general liability insurance. • Additional Work (cost plus) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ANY ADDITIONAL WORK TAKE PLACE WITHOUT THE OWNER’S AUTHORIZATION Preparation and Installation – All other sites : • Evaluate site(s) • Remove all roofing material down to decking (as applicable). • Fasten down polyisocyanurate foam insulation.
