Pack Monadnock Rock Anchor Repairs: • Remove all loose, spalled, and deteriorated concrete.; • Clean all exposed concrete surfaces, reinforcing steel, and rock anchors.; • Heat or “sweat” exposed concrete to dry any trapped moisture.; • Cold galvanize any exposed rock anchors.; • Dowel #3 rebar (ASTM A615 Grade 60) into existing foundations, if significant concrete is removed.; • Install formwork to ensure pier can be constructed to match the original geometry.; Tower #2.
