1. Business Process Review Document: The initial stage of implementation involves conducting a comprehensive business process review, data analysis, and documentation of requirements. The BPR will document the following: • Functional Requirements • Object Schema and Data Mapping (including the TBDs below) • Business Process Flows • Data Migration Plan • Permissions – Defining end-user roles and their access to data in the Salesforce 2. Data and function transformations: Configuring Salesforce according to the BPR requirements 3. Process improvement: Developing user experiences and automations to help end users enter, analyze data, and automate data interoperability functions. 4. Additional functions: Analytics, document merges, integrations 5.
