RFQ_QUAL_F-0000000001 - AUDIT SERVICES OF HUD SUBWARDS

The City of Jersey City (City) is requesting qualification statements from qualified firms of certified public accountants, to audit the City of Jersey’s subrecipients and their subawards under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investments Partnership Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program and issue a report on compliance and internal control applicable to each HUD subaward and 2 CFR 200, et seq. Using this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the City intends to establish a pool of auditors who will be available to audit and draft audit reports for subawards as needed during the period of qualification. One or more individuals/firms may be selected to provide services. If selected, the governing body will approve a resolution awarding a contract to the auditor.
