RFP_F-0000000011 - Courthouse Park Development - Demolition of Building & Underground Structure

The City is seeking proposals from qualified planning, engineering, environmental, or other qualified firms to prepare a report for the environmental impact and lab testing of existence of any hazardous materials including but not limited to Asbestos, lead, mercury, PCBs, soil contamination testing and such. Respondents to also include services that pertain to the controlled demolition and dust control of the 10 stories high international style building and underground garage. A planned study of the impact on the area during demolition. Contract documents to reflect performed testing findings and proper abatement and demolition operations for public bid.

NOTE: THIS PROCESS REQUIRES A PAPER-ONLY SUBMISSION WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURES AND THE COMPLETION/INCLUSION OF ALL FORMS IN THE BID.
