Description

The purpose of this RFP is to procure and enter into an ongoing relationship with the selected Vendor(s) to provide a cooperative procurement vehicle for the installation, support, maintenance, and upgrades of Smart Athletic Surfaces.

Smart Athletic Surfaces and Services include the following:

New Synthetic Surfaces, (replacing sod) that includes technology to aid athletic improvement
Upgrades to existing synthetic surfaces that do not have technology with surfaces that include technology to aid athletic improvement
Replacement of existing synthetic surfaces (that do not currently have the technology) with New Synthetic Surfaces that include technology to aid athletic improvement
Replacement of worn out Synthetic Surfaces that includes technology to New Synthetic Surfaces, including replacing/upgrading the technology to aid athletic improvement

The Contract vehicle is expected to offer price levels reflective of the potential and collective volume of Edge Members and Participants.
Beyond our primary intent, Edge further desires to:

Offer and apply any applicable technological advances throughout the term of a contract resulting from this RFP.
Deliver “Value-added” aspects of the company, equipment, products, and services as defined in the “Proposer’s Response”.
Deliver a wide spectrum of solutions to meet the needs and requirements of Edge Members and Participants.

This RFP invites proposals to provide Athletic Surfaces with significant technologies and related materials, supplies, installation, and Services to Edge Members and Participants.
