Benjamin Moore Smoke Embers 1466 Flat on the walls on floors 1 through 6 EXCEPT for The Community Room. Areas DO include, the Lobby, TV Room, all Hallways, Restrooms, Laundry Room, and LibraryDo NOT paint existing columns, brick or stone.
Baseboard heaters may be cleaned and painted to match walls.
Community Room paint the walls White Dove PM-19 in a Flat Finish.
Interior of community room metal doors to be painted with Benjamin Moore White Dove in a Low Sheen Finish
Ceiling Benjamin Moore Flat White paint for all paintable plaster/sheetock/concrete ceiling areasDO NOT Paint the black/brown window and door frames at the main and rear entrances or within the TV room
