Description

The Mercer County Park Commission is seeking proposals from qualified Licensees interested in operating the food, refreshment and catering concessions at the Mountain View Golf Course located at 890 Bear Tavern Road, Ewing, NJ 08628 and the Princeton Country Club located at 1-Wheeler Way, Princeton, NJ 08540. The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to seek out and select one Licensee who will provide high quality food service and beverage at reasonable prices for banquets, special events, daily golfers and patrons with an emphasis on customer service. The term of the agreement shall be three (3) years commencing January 1, 2025 with either one two-year extension or two one-year extensions pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15.
