AB2024-23 - WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE BUSES 20 PASSENGER SEAT WITH 2 WHEELCHAIR POSITIONS&LIFTS

The County of Mercer is soliciting bids, through this Advertisement for Bids (AFB), from qualified bus/coach manufacturers to provide at least four (4) and up to seven (7) wheelchair accessible 20 passenger (and two wheelchair positions) vehicles.  All reference to brand name shall be interpreted as brand name or equivalent.  A required pre-build meeting will occur after award of bid.  Respondents will provide complete specifications, diagrams and full list of options and additional charges that may apply.  Bid shall include delivery cost and four (4) physical and a digital training/drivers and maintenance manual(s).  Number of vehicles and options selected per vehicle will be based on bid prices received against available funding.
