Sealed bids for Contract #27 – Roof Replacement at India Brook Village – REBID #1 will be received by the Housing Authority of the County of Morris ("MCHA") at the Office of the Executive Director, 99 Ketch Road, Morristown, New Jersey 07960 until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. No bids shall be accepted after the designated time. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed; however, the MCHA disclaims any responsibility for bids forwarded by regular or overnight mail. Any bids received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened. One (1) original and one (1) copy of the bid must be submitted. Failure to provide the notarized, signed and required documents will result in disqualification of the bid.

Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee (i.e., Bid Bond) in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid amount (up to a maximum of $20,000) in accordance N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21.
