NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent for the Morris County Park Commission on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. in the Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, New Jersey 07962 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
Contract #28-15 Electronic Credit and Debit Card Processing
Bids must be made on the standard proposal forms, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and the “BID TITLE NAME & CONTRACT #” on the outside, addressed to Renée Klose, Purchasing Agent, at the address above.
Specifications and instruction to bidders may be obtained at the Administration Building on or after Wednesday, September 23, 2015, during regular business hours or on the Morris County Park Commission website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids//Vendor Registration” link. The Morris County Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10% not to exceed $20,000).
Bidders shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
