Description

The Morris County Park Commission (Park Commission) is soliciting proposals through the competitive contracting process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. from qualified individuals and firms for Golf Course Management and Operations Services for the golf courses of the park system located in Morris County, New Jersey. The golf courses are as follows:

Berkshire Valley Golf Course (BVGC) located in Oak Ridge
Flanders Valley Golf Courses (FVGC) 36 holes located in the Townships of Mount Olive & Roxbury,
Pinch Brook Golf Course (PBGC) located in Townships of Florham Park & East Hanover, and
Sunset Valley Golf Course (SVGC) located in Pequannock Township & Kinnelon Borough.

Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.1, et seq. Firms are required to comply with requirements of PL 1975 Chapter: 127. (N.J.A.C. 17:27).

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a Golf Management firm (Firm) to operate, maintain and market the Morris County Park Commission’s golf course facilities.

The initial term of the contract shall be for three (3) years with the option to extend the contract for one (1) additional two (2) year terms at the sole discretion of the Park Commission.
