Summary of Specifications:
Notice is hereby given that separate sealed proposals will be received by the Morris County Park Commission at 3:00 p.m., prevailing time on Friday, November 16, 2012 at Flanders Valley Golf Course, 81 Pleasant Hill Rd., Flanders, New Jersey 07836, for the furnishing and delivery of the following item: GOLF SHOP RESALE MERCHANDISE. Bids to be considered must be made out on contract documents obtainable on or after Monday, October 22, 2012 at the Park Commission Administration Building, 353 East Hanover Avenue, Morris Township, New Jersey. The above information will also be accessible from the Morris County Park Commission’s website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids/Vendor Registration” link. The Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source. BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED BY MAIL on the proposal forms provided in the manner designated therein, and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Sealed Bid” with the bid number 6-13 and title “Golf Shop Resale Merchandise” noted. Bids must be mailed to Ms. Renee’ Klose, Flanders Valley Golf Course, 81 Pleasant Hill Rd., Flanders, New Jersey 07836. No bids will be accepted after 3:00 p.m., Friday, November 16, 2012. EACH BIDDER MUST COMPLETE AND SUBMIT WITH THE BID the Ownership Disclosure Statement, Affirmative Action Assurance Form, and Non-Collusion Affidavit contained in the Contract Documents. It is requested that all bidders submit with the bid a copy of the State of New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. The successful bidder shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
