Operation of Food Concession & Installation, Operation and
Maintenance of Vending Machines at Mennen Sports Arena
Specifications and instruction to bidders may be obtained at the Administration Building on or after Wednesday, September 12, 2017, during regular business hours or on the Morris County Park Commission website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids//Vendor Registration” link.
As a participating agency in the Morris County On-line Bid System, registered participants will receive electronic notification of future opportunities and any addenda issued for this contract. The Morris County Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
Respondents shall comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 C127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27et seq.)
