The Morris County Park Commission (Owner) requests bids from contractors for the provision of services such as repairs, upgrade, stabilization and when necessary new installation of Plumbing Services in the Park Commission’s facilities to the original design and/or constructed condition, or to reinforce, rehabilitate or upgrade or replace as directed by the Owner’s Manager of Buildings and Construction or designee. The Owner reserves the right to add future or delete facilities during the contract period.
It is the intent of these specifications to establish the minimum requirements for a Plumbing contractor, licensed by the State of New Jersey, to perform such needed Plumbing Services on an hourly basis at all locations throughout the Park Commission on behalf of the Park Commission, as may be required during the contract period at any of the Park Commission’s buildings or facilities. Licensure includes but not limited to New Jersey Plumber’s license; New Jersey Well Pump Install License; current Environmental Protection Agency or state lead training certificate; current confined space certificates; and current backflow prevention device inspector certificate with this bid
