THE MORRIS COUNTY PARK COMMISSION 300 MENDHAM ROAD MORRISTOWN, NEW JERSEY 07962 NOTICE TO BIDDERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Professional Legal Services The Morris County Park Commission is soliciting proposals from attorneys licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey to provide Professional Legal Services as a Special Counsel to the Morris County Park Commission, on an as-needed basis during calendar year 2015, at the rate of $120.00 per hour. Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.1, et seq. The successful bidder shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Request for proposal documents may be obtained on or after Monday, December 1, 2014 during regular business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., prevailing time, Monday through Friday, by contacting the office of the Deputy Executive Director of the Morris County Park Commission at 973-326-7614, and from the Morris County Park Commission’s website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids/Vendor Registration” link. Sealed RFP responses must be received in the Offices of the Deputy Executive Director of the Morris County Park Commission no later than 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 19, 2014.
