08-25 - Rental and Servicing Portable Sanitation Units

The Morris County Park Commission (Owner) is seeking bids from contractors for the Rental and Servicing of Portable Toilet Units at Various Park Commission Locations. Services to be provided under this agreement include the furnishing, servicing, cleaning, maintenance, repair, moving and removal of portable toilet units in various locations throughout Morris County.

It is the intent of these specifications to establish the minimum requirements for a Contractor to provide and maintain Portable Toilet Units in a clean, healthful, and presentable condition. The Contractor’s performance shall be considered satisfactory when Portable Toilet Units are delivered and maintained to these specifications in such a way as to be acceptable to the Park Commission.

The Contractor shall provide all of the supervision, personnel, motor vehicle(s), supplies and equipment necessary to perform the services at the specified facilities in accordance with the contract requirements. The cost of such shall be factored into the unit rates bid.
