NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent for the Morris County Park Commission on Thursday, May 05, 2016 at 1:00 P.M.. prevailing time at the Morris County Park Commission Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, New Jersey 07962 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
Contract #20-16 SKATE SHOP CONCESSION AT WILLIAM G. MENNEN SPORTS ARENA
Specifications and instruction to bidders may be obtained at the Administration Building on or after Friday, April 15, 2016, during regular business hours or on the Morris County Park Commission website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids//Vendor Registration” link. The Morris County Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
Surety in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check in the amount equal to one (1) months’ rent, must accompany each bid, made payable to the Morris County Park Commission.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount equal to the rent being paid to the Park Commission for the initial two-year term of the contract for the faithful performance by the Lessee.
Bidders shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
