In response to COVID-19, the Park Commission is observing social distancing practices. Accordingly, bidders are strongly encouraged to mail responses via USPS, UPS and FedEx, etc. Potential bidders wishing to hand deliver their bids may only do so in person at the time of the bid opening. No bids shall be accepted after the designated time, and the Park Commission will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance. Prospective Bidders are not required to attend the bid opening, but those choosing to attend are required to observe social distancing practices and to wear masks. Bid review and providing unit prices will not take place at the opening. Instead, this information will be posted online once available
