NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent for the Morris County Park Commission on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time at the Morris County Park Commission Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, New Jersey 07962 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:

Turf Mowing and Routine Landscaping at Various Park Commission Facilities
Specifications and instruction to bidders may be obtained at the Administration Building on or after Tuesday, December 13, 2016, during regular business hours or on the Morris County Park Commission website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids//Vendor Registration” link. The Morris County Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
On-site visits/inspections of the facilities are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as bidders are responsible for measuring and familiarizing themselves with each of the sites prior to submitting their bids.
Surety in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check in the amount of 10% of the total bid, but not to exceed $20,000 must accompany each bid, made payable to the Morris County Park Commission. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid.
Bidders shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
