LEGAL NOTICE
Separate SEALED BIDS will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris on October 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time in the Office of Purchasing, Morristown, New Jersey for the respective project as follows:

One (1) 2024 or 2025 Ford Transit Tactical Command Vehicle, or Approved Equal
Bid documents are available for downloading for free from http://www.morriscountybidsystem.com/, or may be picked up on or after October 11, 2024 in the Office of Purchasing at the address below during regular business hours. The County of Morris shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, and the Bid number and title spelled out on the outermost packaging, addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris, and be delivered either in person at the hour designated, or previous thereto by delivery or mail, at:

No bids shall be accepted after the designated time, and Morris County will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.3, et seq., and as such, contractors are exempt from the limitations on making political contributions under that law. Further, for that reason, as well as because of language in the New Jersey's Annual Appropriations Act, refusal to disclose campaign contributions otherwise required by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.3 et seq. and 19:44A-20.25 et seq., will not adversely affect your consideration for award.
The Source of Funding for this Project is either wholly or partially funded by Federal American Rescue Plan Act State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund dollars and adherence to all applicable federal, state and local laws is required.
The vendor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment. Such records shall be made available to the New Jersey Office of the State Comptroller upon request.

TABULATION SHEET: Available on Bidnet within 1 week AFTER close of bid. Award of contract by the Board of County Commissioners will be made within 60 days.
