Description

The Contractor shall manage all aspects of the operation of the Facility’s main boiler room and all related sub systems, including fire safety systems. The boiler room equipment requires that at least one (1) licensed high pressure Black Seal boiler with a Blue Seal Refrigerant operator be on station at all times twenty-four (24) hours a day each day of the year and one (1) Licensed Blue Seal with a Blue Seal Refrigerant Chief Engineer to work Monday through Friday separate from the boiler room operator.
