A PRE-BID SITE VISIT is scheduled for Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at 10:00 AM, in the lobby of Morris View Health
Care Center, 540 West Hanover Avenue, Morris Township, NJ. Your attendance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Scope of Work shall include but is not limited to: the Removal of (6) existing Walk-in units in the Ground Floor Kitchen & adjacent Exterior condenser equipment and racks, as well as the provision & complete Installation of (4) new Walk-in coolers and (2) new Walk-in freezer units, along with associated exterior condensers, racks and any controls needed to achieve proper operation. Work of the Project may include, but is not limited to: Demolition/General Labor, Concrete/Masonry, lightweight Metal Framing/sheathing, Acoustical Sealing/Caulking, Fire Suppression, Electrical, HVAC/Refrigeration, Plumbing, Refrigeration Equipment Supply/Installation, Insulation.”
