The Township of Robbinsville desires to demolish the existing playground and construct a new all-inclusive playground with related site improvements at Community Park on West Manor Way.
The Consultant shall provide Ground Survey, Plans and specifications suitable for obtaining all necessary permits including but not limited to Mercer County Planning Board, Mercer Soil Erosion, and NJDEP. The plans and specifications shall be sufficient to allow for bidding and construction of the playground, and associated site/utility appurtenances.
