This requirement shall be competed on a full and open basis under NAICS code 212322 with a size standard of 500 employees. The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities and Development Command (CCDC) ? Armaments Center (AC), at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to competitively select and award firm-fixed-price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for procurement of Aggregate Sand in accordance with the following solicitation requirements, the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to award one (1) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm-fixed-price (FFP) delivery orders. The Period of Performance (PoP) for the contract will be five years from date of award. Proposed Aggregate Sand shall conform to environmentally safe working standards and not result in hazardous, or unsafe conditions for individuals using and maintaining this material.
