Specifications include, but are not limited to: Assessment of current city-wide broadband coverage(what areas presently havebroadband services versus those that are not presently covered). Assist the City of Trenton in defining the proper broadband coverage as a minimum of download anduploadcapacity, although both communities strive for their citizens to have access to much greaterspeeds. Perform any necessary feasibility reviews to determine how best to provide wireless internet coverage to the entirety of the City of Trenton, including all approximately 85,000 residents and any businesses or visitors within the City of Trenton.Coordination of meetings and interviews with potential broadband providers. This will include preparing any necessary RFIs or RFQs to determine interest and frame the discussions. The successful vendor will be expectedto guide the City through that process and act as the City’s advocate in any such discussions.Preparation of any RFPs or bid specifications necessary to do any of the infrastructure or other related work necessary to complete this project or to engage other contractors to complete this project.Preparation of an overall development plan that can be presented to State, County, and Federal partners in order toacquire additional funding to complete the design and installation of the chosen solution.
