The BTMUA Engineer and Alternate Engineer(s) must have at least ten (10) years of professional experience in municipal or utility engineering and have demonstrated experience in performing reviews of public and private water and sewer infrastructure improvements; must possess the ability to perform inspections on public works projects, onsite and offsite improvements by public and private entities; must have the ability to prepare and review estimates for public and private infrastructure projects; must have the ability to perform and prepare surveys for public entities; must hold a valid New Jersey Professional Engineer’s License; Certified Municipal Engineer (CME) is preferred but not required, a valid New Jersey Business Registration certificate.
