The County is seeking proposals for the below listed programs for the Cumberland County Youth Services Advisory Council. It is the County’s intent to award a single contract for each program with the exception of the Community Living Enrichment Program for which the total available funding may be split and awarded to multiple proposals. The County will evaluate all proposals received and award points for each program listed below (see requested proposal specifications in Sections B and C). The maximum number of points that shall be awarded for each category is listed in the Proposal Score Sheet contained herein as well as the minimum number of total average points needed to for a proposal to be considered. The County will award each contract, if recommended, to the respondent with the highest total weight average score for each program. Respondent shall submit a separate proposal for each of the programs listed below for which they desire to provide services.
