The Newark Board of Education (NBOE, District) seeks bids from indoor event venues for the 2025 Women’s Leadership Conference on Saturday March 22, 2025 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST (setup time must be considered prior to the start of the event). The event will be attended by Newark Board of Education staff, parents, community partners, city officials, and other key stakeholders; we anticipate 300 attendees. Bidders shall adhere to all requirements of this request for bid. The conditions and requirements are intended to be open and nonrestrictive and are to serve as standards for the purpose of obtaining adequate participation of interested vendors, and uniformity in the submission of bids. The District is under no obligation to award a contract to any Bidder as a result of this request for bid.
