General Specifications: 1. Bidder/Vendor must have mechanics that are knowledgeable and trained for repairs on Ford gasoline and diesel vehicles, light and medium duty trucks, buses and equipment. - NO EXCEPTIONS 2. Bidder/Vendor must be able to honor and perform all warranty, recall and preventative maintenance services as referenced in Item 1 above for the group(s) Bidder/Vendor is bidding upon. 3. Bidder/Vendor must have diagnostic equipment, bay sizes, lift facilities and tooling compatible with appropriate Ford vehicles addressed in Item # 1 (above) for the group(s) Bidder/Vendor is bidding upon. - NO EXCEPTIONS 4. Bidder/Vendor shall supply all OEM parts and lubricants, which must be compatible with appropriate Ford vehicles addressed in Item #1 (above). 5. Bidder/Vendor shall comply with the Worker and Community Right To Know Act (N.J.S.A. 34:5A-1 et seq.) as is addressed elsewhere in depth, within this Bid. All vendors must supply all information relative to the "Right to Know" law, and supply Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS / SDS). All chemicals must be properly labeled. 6. In order to evaluate bids, all vendors must provide a current catalog/price list reflecting the base from which the percentage off is being established.
