Contractors are to quote on the following: Bus Age:Buses must be 2015 or newer Bus Type:Inter-City, Wide Body Seating Capacity: 56 passengers Restroom: Restroom must be in clean and unused condition when the bus arrives at the point of trip origination and must be cleaned at the end of each day on multiple day trips. Necessary restroom supplies must be provided as needed. Seat Condition: All 56 seats must recline. All upholstery must be free of tears and stains, there may be no broken armrests and all seats must have a footrest. Public Address System: Operating, with working speakers located throughout the bus. Video Equipment/All busses must be video/DVD equipped and vendors must supply proof of Public Performance License Agreement. Videos: Vendor must supply a current list of available videos for MCPS to select from for trips if desired. Emergency: All buses must be equipped with a cellular phone licensed in the areas in which the trip will take place. Heating & Air Conditioning Systems:In good working condition. Handicapped Accessibility: When requested, a bus that complies with the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 must be provided
