1. Contact the Bureau’s Delaware Bay Office (leave message) the morning of each transplanting day indicating that they are working; 2. Harvest oysters from a transplant bed designated by the Bureau, which must be culled to have less than 15% cultch per deck load; 3. Abide by the daily harvest period from sunrise times based from Trenton, NJ to 2:30 PM, or until the carrying capacity of the vessel is reached and confirmed by Bureau staff; 4. Allow Bureau staff to obtain harvest samples during the harvesting stage; and 5. Transport the deck loaded harvest down to a market bed designated by the Bureau, and offload the harvest to complete the transplant. 6. Participation in the three phases of the 2025 Intermediate Transplant Program, including: a. A “culled” transplant of up to 20,837 bushels of oysters from the Arnolds, Upper Arnolds, and Round Island seed beds to the bed and region of Shell Rock and beds within the High Mortality Market Region. b. A “culled” transplant of up to 18,556 bushels of oysters from the Upper Middle, Middle, and Sea Breeze seed beds to beds within the High Mortality Market Region. c. A “culled” transplant of up to 10,197 bushels of oysters from Hope Creek, Liston Range, and Fishing Creek seed beds to beds within the Low Mortality Transplant Region.
