The successful firm will provide the Authority with financial services relating to, but not necessarily limited to: 1. Serve as the portfolio manager of the cash and fixed income assets of the Authority. These funds shall include, but not be limited to: bond reserve fund, revenue reserve fund, renewal & replacement fund, and general fund. 2. Optimize return on investment of portfolio assets. 3. Evaluate the risk and reward of permitted investments and monitor risk profile of portfolio. 4. Assist the Authority in the development and updating of its statement of investment policy. 5. Ensure portfolios comply with applicable investment policies, bond covenants, and New Jersey statutes. 6.
