Services to be provided by the Contractor may include any or all the following items: • The Housing Authority of the City of Camden (HACC) is seeking proposals from highly qualified and insured Contractors, to provide as-needed inspections to meet federal Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and the Department of (HUD) National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) for participant-based Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV), Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program and RAD Project-Based Voucher. • The Contractor shall verify Rent Reasonableness, Determine the Annual Operating Cost Adjustment Factor (OCAF) Increase, and Conduct Housing Quality Standard (HQS) Inspections in accordance with HUD Regulations 24 CFF 982 and 24 CFR Part 983. • The selected Contractor shall furnish sufficient organization, personnel, and management staff with the necessary skill and judgment to perform all the duties and responsibilities normally associated with the Inspection function (including but not limited to scheduling, notification, inspections, quality control, reporting and compliance).
