2. NATURE/ SCOPE OF SERVICES –The Township of Berkeley Heights is requesting proposals for risk manager consultant/insurance brokerage services and for the management of all aspects of Township's property and casualty insurance programs. Insurance consultants and brokers will have a close working relationship with the Administration Department. The insurance consultant/broker will be required to perform, but not limited to, the following services: • Assistance with the development of long-range insurance strategies; • Management of all aspects of Berkeley Heights' insurance program; • Review of both insurance policies and contracts to ensure adequate coverage; • Recommendations and assistance in the procurement of all insurance coverage, including preparation of any required RFP’s and/or RFQ's;
