Specifications include, but are not limited to: DAILY CLEANING TASKS: 1. Empty trash cans. Replace liners, spot clean trash cans as needed and place trash in designated dumpsters located outside of each building. 2. Damp mop non-carpet floors, using a no-dip protocol and changing pads often to ensure removal of dirt. 3. Sweep and mop all stairwells. 4. Spot vacuum all carpeted areas and carpets/rugs on an as-needed basis. 5. Spot clean all internal glass and plexiglass as needed to remove smudges and fingerprints. 6. Clean and disinfect all counters, sinks, and water fountains. 7. Spot clean all touch points including but not limited to door handles, stairwell railings, light switches, elevator buttons, and ADA push plates. 8. The Police Department floors shall be swept and wet mopped on a daily basis. DAILY KITCHEN/LUNCHROOM CLEANING TASKS: 1. Clean inside and outside of all microwaves with all-purpose disinfectant cleaner to rinse food contact surfaces. 2. Clean and disinfect kitchen and lunchroom counters, tables, sinks and water fountains. 3. Spot clean refrigerator exterior using all-purpose disinfectant cleaner to remove smudges and fingerprints from the outsides of refrigerators as-needed. 4. Empty trash cans. Replace liners, spot clean trash cans as needed and place trash in designated dumpsters located outside of each building. 5. Spot clean all internal glass and plexiglass as needed to remove smudges and fingerprints. DAILY BATHROOM/LOCKER ROOM/GYM CLEANING TASKS: 1. Clean and polish dispensers and fixtures. Clean and disinfect wash basins, toilet bowls, urinals and counter tops. 2. Clean and polish glass mirrors. 3. Empty trash cans. Replace liners, spot clean trash cans as needed and place trash in designated dumpsters located outside of each building. 4. Remove spots and splashes from walls adjacent to sinks. 5. Replenish and refill all toilet tissue and hand towel dispensers (Township to supply). 6. Wash all bathroom floors using coded microfiber flat mopping system and disinfecting finished floor cleaner. 7. Clean/scour all corners in each bathroom. 8. Sanitize and clean all stall partitions and partition door handles so they are stain free.
