The West New York Board of Education (“WNY BoE”) is entertaining proposals for the repair of kitchen equipment, as well as performance of a twice yearly preventive maintenance program to include the inspection, cleaning, lubrication, calibration, chemical coil cleaning of all refrigeration equipment and deliming of cooking equipment and necessary adjustment of all listed equipment based on the manufacturer’s recommendations to ensure proper operations. The completion of PM’s will include a listing of all equipment identified as needing repair with quotes on repair costs and recommendations for the replacement if needed of equipment based on age and functionality. PM program to be performed on a semi- annual (twice a year) basis in December and July.
