Accessibility through mobile devices, desktops, and a dedicated LTS application are required. 2. A comprehensive reference/resources section. 3. The ability to score and rank candidates based on their leadership skills. 4. Provides a matching algorithm to pair candidates with schools based on specific characteristics. 5. Ability to communicate and collect additional information from candidates. 6. Single sign-on authentication via Microsoft Active Directory is required. 7. Configure scheduled jobs or real-time event triggers for continuous data ingestion and processing. 8. Ability to evaluate existing infrastructure and determine any necessary upgrades or modifications to be able to extrapolate various data points into an LTS. 9. Create a detailed technical design document that outlines the proposed architecture and integration points desired by the District for creating the LTS. 10. The system shall be routinely maintained. Proposers shall outline their system maintenance details within their proposal.
