The Board of Education of the Township of Evesham, in the County of Burlington (the “Board” or “Lessee”), a Type II school district, is soliciting bids for the lease purchase financing of the acquisition and installation (as applicable) of (i) various vehicles for the School District, including one (1) fifty-four (54) passenger school bus, one (1) thirty-nine (39) passenger school bus, and one (1) tractor; (ii) nine hundred ninety (990) Chromebooks; and (iii) various technology equipment, including firewalls and switches, including the financing costs and any additional incidental costs (collectively, the “Equipment”). A preliminary listing of the Equipment is attached as Exhibit I. The final list of acquisitions and prices will be determined pursuant to New Jersey’s Public Contract bidding regulations. The Lessee expects that any acquisitions not included in the attached equipment list will be for related equipment or projects. The Board will provide a Certificate stating the Equipment is essential to the Board at Closing (as hereinafter defined). The Board and the successful bidder will enter into a lease purchase agreement (the “Lease”)
