The Proposer will be required to perform, but not be limited to, the following services: Medical Services department and agencies pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:5-4; ● Assist City staff on matters regarding health care issues for employees. ● Develop City Health Care Protocol/Policies. ● Consult with the legal department on issues related to employee health care and employment related medical issues. ● Ensure compliance with all medical requirements of PEOSHA/DOT/CITY OF LINDEN. ● Perform post placement exams, workers compensation injuries, disability evaluations and fit for duty evaluations. ● Review drug testing procedure and positive drug tests of City employees. ● Demonstrate a knowledge of DOT, Police and Fire Department regulations. ● Demonstrate knowledge/experience with HAZMAT.
