Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lessee of this property must utilize the property to provide public access for waterfront recreational activities of the general public. The Lessee shall utilize the marina per their proposal. In doing so, the Lessee may limit its hours of operation, or the manner and amount which the public is charged. The Lessee will have available to it the existing storage structure, if it desires, for use as an office for its base of operation. Also, parking for the customers of the Lessee may be available at the municipal parking lot adjacent to the pier. The Lessee shall be responsible and solely liable to make the entire facility safe and secure at all times during its tenancy, including the storage structure. These requirements shall be subject to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
