Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: 1. Concept Development & Creative Direction: a) Collaborate with the students, faculty, and staff of Newark School of Fashion & Design to define the overall theme, concept, and vision for the fashion show. b) Provide creative direction on runway design, lighting, music, models, and overall event atmosphere. c) Develop a concept board, mood board, and detailed visual presentation for NBOE approval. 2. Venue and Logistics Management: a) Recommend an appropriate venue for the fashion show by joint scouting meetings. b) Coordinate venue setup, layout, staging, seating arrangements, and technical needs (sound, lighting, projection, etc.). c) Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations at the venue. d) In collaboration with the District, oversee transportation, catering, and all other logistics involved in the show. 3.
