Specifications include, but are not limited to: Essex County College is seeking proposals to select a qualified firm to provide bookstore management services to support Essex County College and its students the main campus located 303 University Ave, Newark, NJ 07102. The College expects that the qualified firm will have a pop-up bookstore at the West Essex Campus upon request by the College. The contractor shall have the exclusive rights to operate, as an independent operator of the bookstore facilities maintained for students and staff at the College. Services include providing labor, management, equipment, display shelving, goods, operating supplies, and merchandise necessary to manage and operate a professional bookstore that will provide the highest caliber of services on the Newark campus. The qualified firm will also include an online presence, the virtual store should offer Essex County College apparel, gifts, etc
