Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this project is to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services as necessary to assess existing conditions, develop designs, and produce a complete set of construction documents as required for the removal of the existing high masonry parapet walls at inmate housing Pods A, G, H and I and the installation of new open screen roof structure elements over the outdoor inmate yards located in the center of each of seven (7) inmate pods at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution (MCCI) at 1 Waterworks Road in the Township of Freehold. The Consultant shall also provide Construction Administrative Services and Post Construction Administration Services.
