The Consultant shall provide Monmouth County with professional services necessary to perform a comprehensive analysis of the existing electrical services and electrical loads at the Highway District No. 6 site and the Adult Homeless Shelter. This includes verifying the accuracy of existing documentation, preparing as-built drawings of the sites and buildings, developing schematic designs depicting the location of the proposed new generator and electrical service routes, performing calculations to size the generator, coordinating with JCP&L, and preparing construction documents with sufficient detail for bidding, obtaining building permits, and constructing the improvements. Additionally, the Consultant shall provide construction administration services during the bid, construction, and post-construction phases, conducting regular inspections throughout the project duration. Interested Consultants and their subconsultants should have specialized expertise in the design of generators and new electrical services, coordination with JCP&L, preparation of construction documents for public bidding, and providing construction phase services. The Consultant shall demonstrate this experience in their Statement of Qualification.
