Provide in-person and virtual mental health outpatient services, psychiatric evaluations/medication monitoring and nurse case management support, in accordance with the regulations established by the NJ State Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services. The agency must have physical office space and parking to accommodate interested clients. Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) must also be available for cooccurring residents. ELIGIBLE AGENCIES Any nonprofit or governmental entity that is duly registered to conduct business within the State of New Jersey, is currently licensed by the NJ Department of Health and that has a significant history of providing services set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP) document may apply.
