Respondent shall provide their unit cost for all tests listed in the Proposal Document; respondent shall then multiply their unit prices to equal the extended costs for each test; respondent shall then add all of the extended test costs to equal their total lump sum cost to the County for providing those tests. Respondent shall indicate in the appropriate area of the Proposal Document any and all costs they may charge the County for providing “stat” results. Costs for “stat” results, if any, shall be used in the calculation of the respondents financial proposal. Should there be any tests that are not identified herein, the County and the successful respondent/contractor shall mutually agree on a fixed fee for said tests prior to providing the test. The usage estimates provided herein are solely for the purposes of this proposal. The County guarantees no minimum or maximum amount of tests. The contractor shall be compensated (or eligible for compensation) for the number of tests actually provided. If the amount shown in words and its equivalent in words do not agree, the written words shall be binding. Ditto marks are not considered writing or printing and shall not be used. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the unit prices and the extended totals, the unit prices shall prevail. In the event there is an error in the summation of the extended totals, the computation by the County of Cumberland of the extended totals shall govern.
